Refunds and Returns Policy

  • Unfortunately, once a product has been dispatched by Dr Leah Clinic it cannot be cancelled.
  • Due to the nature of products we sell we cannot accept return of unwanted items after they have been delivered.
  • If a delivery is not received by the expected date or items are missing, or faulty please inform us within 24 hours and we will be able to guide you further. For Non-Delivery of Goods, subject to approval, we will replace the Goods within a reasonable time or refund the fee paid for such Goods.
  • If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods or Dr Leah Clinic is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Customer has not provided appropriate instructions or authorisations (for example by providing the wrong delivery address):
    • (a) risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer (including for loss or damage) at the point Dr Leah Clinic was ready to deliver the Goods;
    • (b) the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and
    • (c) Dr Leah Clinic may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Customer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
